With plants all around us, breathing in the fresh air, we'll flow through pranayama (breath work), asana (postures) and meditation. This slowflow class at B.Willow in Remington is designed to help you to connect to your body, the nature around you as well as a community of other loving souls. Beginners to advanced yogis are welcome, come with an open heart ready to breath deeply. If you have a block or blanket to use as props please bring them. Some props will be available to borrow.
